Mayors of capitals and big cities appreciated the experience of the company «Evrasiyskiy» in modernization of the water supply and disposal systems in Rostov-on-Don
On October 910 in Rostov-on-Don there is an annual session of the International Assembly of capitals and big cities. Within the session the city mayor Mikhail Chernyshev told his colleagues from Penza, Kostroma, Nikolaev, Naryan-Mar, Kishinev and other cities of Russia and CIS countries about accumulated experience in administering all areas of the city life, including water and communal services.
The main emphasis was placed on the investment project «Complex program of construction and reconstruction of water supply and water disposal objects in Rostov-on-Don and in the south-west of Rostov region». The program has been included in the list of investment projects carried out with the assistance of the state by means of the funds of the Investments Fund RF. The project is initiated by the strategic investor of Rostov «Vodokanal» company «Evrasiyskiy».
Mikhail Chernyshev mentioned that owing to the investments of «Evrasiyskiy» there is a complex reconstruction of the city water supply system, the environment situation is improving, technologies aimed at optimization of water supply to the Rostovites houses are introduced.
As a result the rates for water supply and water disposal in Rostov are the lowest in the Southern Federal District. Besides, today we managed to avoid using liquid chlorine for water disinfection and use other safe reagents. Thus, in the city the source of ecological danger is liquidated, stressed the Head of Rostov Administration, describing the activities of «Evrasiyskiy».
The companys stand interested many people. The city mayors asked many detailed questions to the representative of «Evrasiyskiy» Dmitry Puzanov, Deputy Director General, about specific features of investments to the city water facilities, about percentage of water losses and power inputs before and after financing has been started.
We are very interested in Rostov experience, said Vitaliy Cherepenko, the vice-mayor of Kishinev, sharing his observations. By the highest standards, all cities of the former USSR have the same difficulties in solving the communal problems and the variant of the State and private partnership in the area is worth of special attention. I think we will continue communication with Rostov and «Evrasiyskiy» in this area.
