«Eurasian water partnership» (EWP) is a national private operator of the municipal infrastructure for water supply and drainage system. It is a limited liability company, which was registered in Moscow in 2004 in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. 

Authorized capital stock — 10 million rubles.

For development purposes in 2006 they are planning to attract a strategic partner and if necessary to increase the authorized capital stock up to 10 million US dollars.

Founder: Yashechkin S.V. is also the President of the Company. 

Main areas of activity:

• Exercise functions of the integrated executive body of water treatment plans as a management company. 
• Provide a full range of services for commercial consumers and people, including services of water supply and water disposal.
• Collect consumers' payment for provided services. 
• Use of surface and underground water, other natural resources for production purposes. 
• Exercise other functions, including heat and power supply.
• Designing and construction of buildings and erections in accordance with the legislation norms.
